Let’s talk about stubble

We men are really lucky that women consider us the sexiest when we abandon shaving for a couple of days and just let our follicles do their thing.

Because that’s when stubble appears, and it has quite an effect on women… Let’s just say it’s a real turn-on for them. So, stubble is our most sacred weapon that would be a shame not to use because with a scruffy face you literally don’t have to do anything to get what you want.

Okay, we might be exaggerating, because if a little scruff alone could do the trick there would only be guys with stubble. However, it’s true that stubble looks good on most men and it makes their appearance more characteristic and charming. Or, as girls would put it: stubble is hot. Now, let’s check out why!

Stubble types as a barber sees it

There is a fine line between being well-shaved and having a nicely grown beard: it is having a scruffy face. And believe it or not, it has three different categories depending on the length of it.

• Two-day stubble: 1-2mm long facial hair that makes any man more masculine. Nowadays, even businessmen wear two-day stubble and nobody bats an eye. It’s not too wild, it just makes you look more firm.

• Five-day stubble: 2-3mm long facial hair that is the symbol of coolness. If you want to be a stud, this is the kind of stubble you want to grow.

• Ten-day stubble: 5mm long facial hair that’s almost like a beard. It might be a bit too much, but if you prefer being fuzzy, just go for it.

Stubble grows by itself if you don’t shave, but if you want to reduce your fully grown beard to something more scruffy you might need a professional barber’s help. It’s good to know that stubble is good for your skin, too, as it makes your skin more relaxed, protects it from dehydration, inflammation, and irritating dust. But who cares when it attracts chicks like nothing else?
